About James
James is a third-generation DJ. He grew up in Paterson, New Jersey, watching his uncles work local venues, including a nightclub his grandfather, also a DJ, owned and ran, and he first stepped behind the turntables at one of his uncle’s sets.
He performed in theater productions in high school, which is where the comfort on a mic comes from, and he moved to Charlotte and joined ATG to bring that energy to your event.
As your DJ and MC he brings the family trade with him: reading the room, keeping the music clean and the dance floor full, and keeping your introductions and announcements clear and on time.
