Live crowd shots, sponsor loops, presentations and custom graphics fill a screen your guests can see from the back of the room. An LED wall changes what your event can be. LED walls, stages, screens and production lighting are available to rent in the Charlotte area, all set up and run for you.
LED video walls
Choose from 3'x8' (an LED column that fills a truss totem from the floor to the top of the truss), 7'x12', 8'x14' and 9'x16' LED walls, with other sizes available. Every wall is outdoor-rated with a 1.9mm pixel pitch, so your guests see a sharper image than typical rental walls. Fill it with live crowd shots, custom graphics, presentations or promotional videos. For a talent showcase, we split the wall so performers could enter from the sides and still walk out in front of one big, continuous LED wall.
From empty room to party
Watch your room go from tables and bare walls to a lit-up dance floor. Real footage from one ATG Bat Mitzvah: the LED wall goes up, gets wired, lights up, and the party starts.
Stages
White Stage: a clean, upscale look that blends with any décor. Black Stage: bold and professional, and it pairs well with uplighting and lasers for a concert feel. LED Stage: the white staging can also glow as an LED stage, with uplights placed underneath, for nightclub-style energy.
TVs and projection
Two 65" mounted TVs for photo montages, brand stories or sponsor loops, or a projector and screen package for smaller rooms.
Production lighting
Moving-head packages with 2, 4 or 6 fixtures that light the dance floor and double as spotlights for presentations. Lasers, uplighting packages from a handful of lights to 100+, and pin spots for centerpieces and décor. A smart lighting controller lets the lights change with the music.
Custom content
Your LED walls, TVs and screens can play custom motion graphics, video loops and themed visuals made to match your brand, colors and theme.

How much does it cost to rent an LED wall?
Our LED walls come in many sizes and lots of configurations, from a single LED column to a stage-wide wall, so every quote is built around your event. Setup, breakdown and travel are included. Tell us about your venue and we will put together options.
What size LED wall do I need?
Most events start with an 8'x14' or 8'x15' wall, or a 9'x16' wall as a stage backdrop for a ballroom. For bigger rooms we go much bigger: we combine panels into one huge wall or run several walls around your venue for arena, stadium and main-stage events. We will recommend a size once we know your venue and how far back your guests sit.
