Conference & Meeting AV in Charlotte
A conference runs on details: the speaker who needs a lavalier, the keynote who needs to see their notes, the session that has to end on time. Your conference, meeting, seminar or luncheon in the Charlotte area gets the audio, video and staging it needs, plus a team that runs it all day.

Event recap
A real ATG corporate summit at Bank of America Stadium.

Sound for every session
Wireless handheld microphones, podium mics and speakers sized for the room, plus background music between sessions so breaks don't fall flat. We recommend handhelds for most speakers: the mic sits close to the mouth, so you get more volume before feedback, no clothing rustle and a voice that sounds the same from the first word to the last. Lavalier mics are available for presenters who need their hands free.
Screens and presentations
Video screens, TVs and LED walls for slides and video, with a slide remote so presenters control the pace. Extra monitors let presenters read their notes digitally, and countdown clocks tell them when their time is almost up.

Staging and lighting
Podiums for keynote speakers, a clean white or black stage, and lighting that keeps speakers well lit on camera and in the room. Pipe and drape can frame the stage or divide a ballroom into breakout spaces.

Remote attendees
When part of your audience is online, they can follow the main room live. See Live Streaming for how we have run a company summit for a room in Huntersville and 500+ employees online at the same time.
Frequently asked questions
What AV equipment do I need for a conference?
At minimum: microphones, speakers, a screen and projector or display for slides, and someone to run them. Larger conferences add confidence monitors, countdown clocks, stage lighting, an LED wall and a live stream. We will recommend a setup based on your rooms and agenda.
Can you support breakout sessions as well as the general session?
Yes. Each breakout room can have its own sound and screens, with a team member on call between rooms.
How early do you set up?
At least 2 hours before your start time, and for larger productions we sometimes set up a full day in advance. It depends on your event and its scale; we schedule load-in with your venue so everything is tested before doors open.
Can you stream our conference online?
Yes. Your in-room audio and video run alongside a live broadcast for remote viewers. See our Live Streaming page.
