Corporate AV in Charlotte
Sound, lighting, staging and screens for your gala, conference or fundraiser, planned, set up and run by one Charlotte team, so the speeches land and the room looks the part.

One team for sound, screens, lighting and staging
Whoever planned the event is the one who gets the credit or the blame. ATG Entertainment is an audio, video and lighting production team based in Matthews, serving companies, associations and nonprofits across the Charlotte area. One team plans it, sets it up, runs it and tears it down, so you have one call to make instead of four.
We plan with you ahead of time, work directly with your venue and your other vendors, and stay on top of the run of show on the day, so you can focus on your guests. Setup, the event itself, breakdown, advance planning and travel are included in every quote.

A gala has two jobs: make guests feel the occasion, and make sure the program lands. The welcome, the mission video, the honorees, the live auction and the ask all depend on clear sound, a screen everyone can see and lighting that puts the focus where it belongs.
An LED wall carries the mission video and sponsor slides, moving heads spotlight your honorees, uplighting washes the walls in your colors and pin spots highlight auction items. When the program wraps, a DJ takes the room from dinner to dancing. See Galas & Fundraisers.

Conferences and meetings
A conference runs on details: the speaker who needs a lavalier, the keynote who needs to see their notes, the session that has to end on time. For most speakers we recommend handheld microphones: the mic sits close to the mouth, so you get more volume before feedback and no clothing rustle. Extra monitors let presenters read their notes, countdown clocks keep sessions on time, and a slide remote keeps presenters in control.
Each breakout room can have its own sound and screens, with a team member on call between rooms. We usually arrive one to two hours before start time, and three or four hours ahead for bigger setups. See Conferences & Meetings.

Frequently asked questions
What does an AV company do for a corporate event?
Your event gets sound, video and lighting that are handled and run for you: microphones and speakers so every speaker is heard, screens or LED walls so your audience can follow, and lighting that sets the room. Everything is set up before guests arrive, run during the event and taken down afterward.
How much does corporate AV cost in Charlotte?
It depends on the room size, the number of screens and microphones, and how much lighting and staging you want. Every ATG quote is custom, and setup, breakdown, planning and travel are included. Request info with your date and venue.
Can you work with our venue's in-house AV?
Yes. We coordinate with venue staff ahead of time on power, load-in times and anything the venue provides.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ATG carries a business license and liability insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate).
Can you stream our event online?
Yes. Your in-room audio and video run alongside a live broadcast for remote viewers, the way we ran a company summit for a room in Huntersville and 500+ employees online.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as possible, especially for holiday season and spring gala dates. Last-minute dates sometimes work too, so it is always worth asking.
