Charlotte Prom & Homecoming DJs and Production
Proms have been the backbone of ATG since 2000. Hotel ballrooms, stadium clubs, mansions and vineyards: we bring the DJ and MC, lighting, LED walls, effects and photo booths, and we run it the way schools need it run, with clean music, a tight timeline and a crew that works hand in hand with your staff and chaperones.

Homecoming gets the same energy
Same team, same production options, scaled to your gym, cafeteria or venue.
Clean music at every school event
Your DJ plays clean edits only, screens every request and follows your school’s guidelines, so administrators never worry about what’s coming next.
Why prom committees keep coming back
One team for everything
DJ, MC, lighting, LED walls, effects, staging and photo booths from one company, with one point of contact for your prom committee, PTSA, student council and administrators.
School-appropriate, start to finish
Clean edits only, requests screened before they play, and your do-not-play list honored. Announcements and music stay right for a school event.
Works with your staff
We plan with your administrators, follow your venue’s rules and coordinate with your chaperones, so your team can focus on your students.
Big-venue experience
Stadium clubs, convention centers, downtown hotel ballrooms, mansions and vineyards. We know the load-in docks, freight elevators and set-up windows.
Production that fills the room
LED dance boxes, video walls with live dance cam, moving-head lighting, cold sparks and CO2, sized to your venue and your budget.
Easy paperwork
We accept school purchase orders and can provide a W-9, so booking fits your school’s process.
Make your prom feel like a big event
Mix and match what your committee wants. Every piece is run by our own crew.
LED dance boxes & staging
Glowing LED dance boxes and an LED stage for the DJ, your announcements and the prom court crowning.
LED video walls & dance cam
Your theme, colors and logo on the screens, plus a live dance cam that puts your students on the big screen.
Lighting
Moving heads, lasers and uplighting in your prom colors turn a ballroom into a club.
Cold sparks & CO2
Big moments on cue: the grand entrance, the court crowning and the peak of the dance floor.
Photo booths
360 video, mirror, social and classic booths, with photos students take home and share.
Games & extras
LED ping pong and LED games give students more to do between dance sets.

Prom FAQ for schools
Do you play clean music?
Yes. Your DJ plays clean edits only, screens every request before it plays and follows your school’s guidelines. You can send us a do-not-play list too.
Can students request songs?
Yes. Students can send requests ahead of time or at the DJ booth, and every request is screened against your school’s rules.
Can you run the grand march and prom court?
Yes. Your MC runs entrances, announcements and the king and queen crowning, with lighting, music and effects timed to each moment.
What is a dance cam?
A camera on the dance floor that puts students up on the LED wall or screens in real time. It is one of the most popular parts of our prom setups.
Do you work with our venue?
Yes. We coordinate load-in, power and set-up times directly with your venue, whether it is a hotel ballroom, a stadium club, a mansion or your school gym.
Do you accept school purchase orders?
Yes. We accept purchase orders and can provide a W-9.
How far ahead should we reach out?
Spring Saturdays go first, so the earlier the better. Last-minute dates sometimes work too, so it is always worth asking.
What does prom entertainment cost?
It depends on the length of your event and the production you add, like an LED wall, staging, lighting and photo booths. Request info with your date and venue and we’ll send options that fit your budget.
Do you do homecoming and other school dances?
Yes. Homecoming, Sadie Hawkins and other school dances get the same team and production options, scaled to your space.
